Come and join me and explore the full potential of Your own breath! We meet in Spegelsalen at Hjorthagshallen.

You book the occasions you want from week to week and from session to session we will explore different breathing techniques for different purposes. This session, we will go into a breathing to activate and support both new ENERGY, CLARITY & BALANCE. To honour our hearts on Valentines day I will also talk a bit about some breathing techniques that can support the heart and it´s role in the nervous system.

No previous experience needed.
