You book the occasions you want from week to week and from session to session we will explore different breathing techniques for different purposes.

This Sunday I offer a “Flow”- session, with a guided intention for you to let go of what doesn´t serve you any longer and to open up for CREATIVITY, INSPIRATION & NEW ENERGY.

No need to be very experienced to participate in this class. However, preferably you have already tried out some breathwork with circular connected breathing before signing up for this class.
